Ambassador Seleshi Bekele meets special envoy Michael Hammer
H.E Ambassador Dr Eng Seleshi Bekele met with Ambassador Michael Hammer, United States Special Envoy to the Horn of Africa
They exchanged updates on the current progress and challenges in Ethiopia in relation to sustainable peacebuilding, humanitarian delivery, accountability, democratization, national dialogue and GERD.
Ambassador Seleshi expressed his appreciation for Ambassador Hammer’s continued engagement with Ethiopian officials and the efforts to bridge the longstanding bilateral ties between the two countries.
The Special envoy on his part briefed Ambassador Seleshi about his recent trip to Ethiopia and mentioned he was encouraged by the positive progress he witnessed.
